In short: we do not use advertising or tracking cookies on our site. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and secure. Functional storage that remembers your preferences is only used if you allow it.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files saved in your browser when you visit a website. In this policy, "cookies" also covers similar technologies used for the same purpose, such as local storage.
This policy is provided by DCBA Danismanlik Limited Sirketi ("franchie"), the controller for data collected on franchie.ai. It reflects the EU ePrivacy Directive, the GDPR, the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and similar laws.
2. Types of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary: Needed for the site to work, stay secure and remember your choices. These cannot be switched off.
- Functional: Remember preferences such as the franchise stage you picked, so we can show you relevant content.
- Analytics: Measure anonymously how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not use any of this type at the moment.
- Marketing: Make our ads more relevant to you and measure their performance. We do not use any of this type at the moment.

Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. This does not set cookies, but your IP address is sent to Google's servers when your browser downloads the font files.
When we add a new cookie, we update this page and ask for your consent again for anything that is not strictly necessary.
4. Legal basis
- Strictly necessary cookies are needed to provide the site you asked for and keep it secure. They do not require consent.
- Functional, analytics and marketing cookies are only used with your prior consent. Refusing them does not stop you from using the site.
5. Third parties and transfers
Cloudflare sets its Turnstile cookies only on the demo page, to protect the form from bots. Cloudflare and Google may process your IP address in the United States. See our Privacy Policy and Subprocessors page for how we protect international transfers.
6. Managing your preferences
- Change or withdraw your consent at any time on the cookie settings page or with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
- You can also delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary items may stop parts of the site from working.
7. The app (app.franchie.ai)
The franchie app uses only the strictly necessary cookies and storage needed to keep you signed in, protect your session and remember your settings. It does not use advertising cookies.
