No lead is ever lost. No surprise bills either: extra usage only comes out of credits you've bought.

When you hit your quota, an extra 10% of leads is covered free and we let you know.

Credits
After the buffer, each extra lead costs 40 credits, each AI voice minute 10 credits, and every 100 emails 15 credits.

The lead is saved but the AI doesn't reply yet. It's answered, oldest first, when you add credits or a new period starts.

Pricing questions
No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and VAT. Polar, our merchant of record, adds any applicable tax at checkout and issues your invoices.
Subscriptions are sold and billed by Polar (polar.sh) as merchant of record. Polar handles checkout, renewals, invoices, payment methods and tax. franchie never sees or stores your card details.
We're opening region by region. Join early access and we'll set you up as soon as your region goes live. Until self-serve checkout opens in your region, our team sets up your plan with you directly.
Every new person who reaches franchie for the first time in a month counts as one lead. A repeat application from the same person is not counted again, and duplicates are merged. Old leads you import for revival use a separate import allowance.
First, an extra 10% of your quota is covered free and we let you know. After that, each extra lead costs 40 credits. If you run out of credits, leads are never lost: they are saved and answered, oldest first, when you add credits or a new period starts.
Yes. Upgrades apply right away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next period.
The annual plan costs about 20% less per month, billed upfront for 12 months.
Growth and Chain include monthly AI voice minutes. Once those are used, or on Starter, each minute costs 10 credits. Calls outside Turkiye run on Twilio or your own SIP line, and carrier charges are billed by your provider.
You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and you won't be charged again. You have 30 days to export your data.
